General Information
1. What is Madrid Crawling?
Madrid Crawling is a thrilling Pub Crawl designed for party lovers, featuring visits to two legendary pubs, two epic clubs , fun games and challenges, free shots, and more.
2. When and where does the event take place?
The event takes place next every night, starting at 10 PM. The meeting point is next to the Bear Statue at Sol.
3. How much does it cost to join the pub crawl?
We have 3 packs ...
Ticketing
1. How can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets at the meeting (both Cash & Credit cards are accepted) , or also online.
2. Can I buy tickets on the day of the event?
Yes, tickets are available until midnight, but please note that tickets are limited and subject to availability.
3. What does the ticket include?
It depends on the pack you're willing to purchase , more info can be found on our website.
4. Refunds
We offer full refunds for tickets canceled at least 48 hours before the event. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event. To request a refund, please contact us at Support@madridcrawling.com with your ticket details.
Participation
1. Do I need to bring an ID?
Yes, you must be 18+ to participate and will need to bring a valid physical ID for age verification.
2. Is there a dress code?
There is no strict dress code, but we encourage you to wear a !
3. Can I join the pub crawl alone?
Absolutely! The pub crawl is a great way to meet new people and make new friends.
4. What if I don’t drink alcohol?
No problem! The event is about having fun and socializing.
Event Details
1. What kind of games and challenges will there be?
There will be a variety of fun games and challenges, including pub trivia, dares, and other interactive activities with prizes to be won.
2. How do I know where to go during the crawl?
Our event staff will guide you throughout the whole night.
3. Is there a hashtag for the event?
Yes! Use #MadridCrawling to tag your photos and videos for a chance to win a VIP table every week.
Safety and Conduct
1. What safety measures are in place?
Our staff will be present at each location to ensure a safe and fun environment. We also encourage everyone to drink responsibly and stay hydrated.
2. What if I lose my group?
No worries! Event staff will be available to assist you, and you'll have just to contact one of the admins of the WhatsApp channel and schedule to help you reconnect with the group.
3. Can I leave the pub crawl early?
Yes, you can leave the event at any time. However, please inform an event staff member so we can ensure you are safe.
4. What happens if it rains?
The pub crawl will go on rain or shine. In case of severe weather, updates will be provided on our website and social media.
